Shipping Policy

  • All SWEAR London products are made to order and are shipped 5 weeks after you place your order.

  • Processing may take longer during holiday periods (Christmas, Easter, August).

  • Free shipping is not available — the customer pays for all shipping costs.

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

  • For orders outside the EU, your country may charge Customs, VAT and Tariff fees. These fees are paid by the customer, not SWEAR London.

Returns and Refund  Policy

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your shoes arrive damaged or not as described:

  • Contact us within 7 days and send clear photos.

  • If approved, we will send you a return waybill.

  • Customer pays for the return shipping and must drop off the package at a UPS point.

  • The refund is issued after the returned shoes are received.

2. Delivery Delays
We aim to deliver your order within 5 weeks.
You can request a refund if:

  • Delivery is late by more than 2 additional weeks (over 7 weeks total).

  • You contact us within 7 days after the 6-week mark, before your order has shipped.

  • The delay is caused by SWEAR London (not by natural disasters, customs delays, or courier issues).

Once approved, your refund is processed using your original payment method.
Refunds Not Allowed For

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction not related to damage or misrepresentation

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved by our support team, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

  • You may exchange your shoes for a different size within 15 days from the shipping date.

  • The shoes must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • If the product is faulty, contact Customer Service.

  • Customer pays for shipping for exchanges, unless otherwise stated by our support team
