Shipping
1) We can ship goods to all locations WORLDWIDE.
2) From the 7th November 2007 we operate a single carrier, UPS. All orders worldwide are shipped with UPS with no exception and will be fully traceable via www.ups.com.
3) We ship from two different warehouses, one is in London and the other is in Portugal. We use UPS from both locations. The warehouse in London ships 90% of all our orders. This is not an option, the shipping will happen from the location where the stock is available. Our London store/warehouse holds 90% of the stock, still, if you place an order for more than two items you may receive 2 or more separate packages as they may be shipped from these two different locations.
Please note that the estimated shipping time stipulated in our “Terms and Conditions” is calculated from the time the delivery leaves our warehouse. If the order includes items from more than one warehouse your shipment could take between 5 and 10 working days.
4) Always check the status of your order online for processing status and tracking numbers from UPS. All you have to do is log in to our website, click on ‘My Accounts’ followed by ‘My Orders’.

6) Depending on the destination of the parcel and the origin of the stock (London/Portugal), you may get two postage references that identify the parcel and its destination. They are usually a combination of one or two initials and a sequence of numbers, also known as Tracking Number and will identify exactly where the parcel is an any given time. You are encouraged to visit www.ups.com in order to track and trace your packages.
7) IMPORTANT: You may be liable to pay import duties from customs. Please check with your local authorities if you are not sure. We are not responsible for any costs incurred from customs and border control.
